Via Audio @ Bowery Ballroom 7.31.08

Unfortunately, I missed a great opportunity this past week for my first concert review.

Via Audio played the Bowery Ballroom, one of my favorite venues in NYC. They opened up for The Spring Standard, who was having their CD release Party. In February 2008, I saw Via Audio open for the fantastic Someone Still Loves You, Boris Yeltsin at Mercury Lounge. (They both rocked the house!)

In the upcoming Organized Confusion Playlist podcast, both bands will be featured as well as a few more summer tunes! Inspired by certain freshman and pre-college age family members, this podcast will be dedicated to the independent spirited youth of the world.

Nope, I don’t have the setlist for Mercury Lounge. But I didn’t go to the Bowery last Thursday. Sorry I couldn’t help.
